MenuTab Pro for Facebook App Reviews

Won’t refresh and keep up with new postings, seizes up, I deleted and reinstalled, still has issues, Older versions worked fine, it’s only been the last 3 months that issues showed up.

Great app that I use more than i thought I would. No issues as far as I use it. JC

This app is really cool but it has some minor issues and those issues should be fixed: 1- It dose not update itself regularly and if you want to check the new feeds you must click on the news feed in order to get the latest news feed. 2- I noticed that this app dose not bring up all the news feed for example: if you check your F.B page on this app and you compare it with your F.B on Safari or Firefox you will notice that there are some posts in your browser are not in your app. except those issues this app is good and easy to use.

Simple, well designed, easy to acess on the pop up menu… but mostly having bugs and didnt makes updates on my old posters..?!!

あまり複雑なFacebookの使い方はしておらず、ウェブブラウザを使わなくても 誰かからのメッセージが来たら通知してほしいなと思って購入しました。 個人的には小さいウインドウフォーマットで見れるとか、通知を表示してくれる とか、日本語入力を問題なくできるとかで、満足はしております。 しかし、通知のタイミングが遅れる事が多々あり、通知を受けたメッセージは １０分前に実は来ていた！とかいうことが多々あります。 なので、アップデートに期待です。このバージョンでは前回より使いやすくなっ た感じは受けます。 ただ、この値段分の仕事はしてると思います。 I like most of the feature that this app have and personally really enjoying it. Except for: 1) Messege update (or check) sometimes have minutes of delay. 2) When I close the window while composing my message, it gets cleared after reopening the tab window.

Lets me concentrate on what I am doing at the same time as keeping up to date with my Facebook friends. Basically Safari in a popup - but works very well indeed. Ive had no problems with it at all (touch wood).

Below was my initial thoughts about the app. It used to be great. Version 6.6 is a world of hurt wherein the app doesnt work at all in Desktop mode and only supports Mobile mode. Vidoes, especially Flash, dont play in-app anymore. Developer response has been poor. (I reported the issue in July and they havent bothered with a debug build to help understand the problem by October 2015.) Overall, I like FIPLAB products. I use InstaReel and Duplicate Detective besides this app. This version is soundly broken, however, and there is no sign of a fix in site. Im very disappointed. ======= I recently purchased MenuTab Pro for Facebook and for the most part it has been really, really good. On Snow Leopard, I did experience one crash when switching from Desktop mode to Mobile mode, but it has otherwise been stable. The only other complaint I have is that the menu bar colour indicator doesnt change unless I click into another application after checking a notification. This is a very small issue, but combined with the crash is enough to keep it from getting 5 stars. Conclusion: Well worth the money and free updates should see it just getting better. Definitely worth buying.

I have a macbook pro 13" C2D 2.4GHz with Mountain Lion installed on an OCZ Vertex2 SSD Drive This application makes about 4-5 seconds of extra delay in the boot time(was 16secs now about 22secs) Even if I could stand the boot time difference, the crashes after wake-ups are not standable at all. After uninstalling the app my computer works much more smoother and stable. I used to like the free version more...

it was good at the beginning, especially after the new OS update, its so buggy. Sound notifications not working, many other notifications not working… eskiden iyiydi simdi iyice bozdu, sesli bildirimler calismiyor, normal bildirimler hatali calisiyor..!

Great app. Really quick FB thanks to this app. Since theres no FB messanger for mac - this is the best solution.

Great application, no problems on OSX ML newest update and old Mac (Mid-2010 MacBook Pro i7). I use it everyday - no problems. Just remember to keep Your system clean (permissions, reapiring disk, etc.) using recovery hd (disk utility) which is built in every ML during startup. I writing this, because apps are not problematic itself - user and mac owner is ALWAYS problematic, thats why disk utility is for Your use:)

I recommend this app. Its much better than ordinary browser.
